Farmer Ashley brought by a half share box sample from the Winter CSA today. What a bounty of food in that box! It contained: Red Chard, Green Kale, Baby Arugula, Greenleaf Lettuce, Grapefruit, Apples, Sweet Potatoes, Yukon Potatoes, Carrots and Summer Squash. Cool!
